     Diet food refers to any food or beverage whose recipe is altered to reduce fat, carbohydrates, or sugar in order to make it part of a weight loss program or Such foods are usually intended to assist in weight loss or a change in body type, although bodybuilding supplements are designed to aid in gaining weight or muscle.

 

Most of the people believe that dieting is a very difficult task especially if your diet includes foods you don't particularly enjoy. But the good news is that there are thousands of diet foods that are healthy and taste great. A healthy diet prevents malnutrition and protects from diseases like obesity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer and stroke.
