diet prevents malnutrition and protects from diseases like obesity, heart
disease, diabetes, cancer and stroke.
Diet usually requires low-food-energy
substitute for some high-food-energy ingredient. In some snacks, the food may
be baked instead of fried thus reducing the food energy. There are many benefit
in low-fat diet because it can help you lose weight. Some examples of low fat
foods are cereals, grains, oatmeal, backed cracker, beans, lentils, tofu, egg
white, tuna, peas, milk, yoghurt, nuts and legumes. On the other hand,
